Here’s how I reheated and transported it so it’s at serving temp when we arrived. My goal is to slowly get it up to 150 degrees, drive 30 minutes to my friend’s house, and serve it around 145 degrees. You could sous vide it, or put it in the oven for a bit to get it up to serving temp. I’d definitely stay away from the microwave. The blanket is nice because it is insulated, because it saves you from having to use towels, and the prep tub makes it easy to carry from my house to my car and my car to my friend’s house. This setup works well for a single brisket or pork shoulder, but I’d move up to a cooler or cambro if I had a bunch of meat.
