It appears to be functional and would be a great addition to your vintage kitchen collectibles. Please see the pictures for further information. The pictures are the item(s) you will receive. Appears to be functional, but I would use the can opener more as a 'placeholder' for a can opener collection. Acceptability is aminly due to the paint loss. Color: Please see the pictures.
