(Please refer to Tumbler choice photo in listing) This design is sealed with multiple layers of FDA compliant epoxy. (FDA compliant is a shorthand way of talking about materials that are safe for direct food contact. FDA compliant indicates that it is a food grade material. It is made of the correct type and quality of material that makes it safe for food contact. Food grade means that the material is either safe for human consumption or it is okay to come into direct contact with food products.) You are welcome to personalize this design however you see fit. Please add all detail changes in the notes section. Tumblers The base of our tumblers are double-walled, and vacuum insulated. Therefore, your beverage stays hot and cold for hours. All tumblers come with a lid and tumbler care instructions. Quality is important to me. MJ’s Flair only uses high quality Polyester glitters (Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on certain monitors) How to order Please make sure you specify: Glitter color(s) you desire Does this gift have a phrase/image? If you want to keep the same phrase/image please say “as pictured” Name (please double check spelling *MJ’s Flair is NOT responsible for misspells on the order form*) Font style and color- if this is not given, I will use the same as pictured in the listing photos How to care for your gift Consistent proper care of your tumbler will prolong the quality of your gift. Hand-wash ONLY. No soaking. Stainless steel tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe. Do Not Microwave Do not expose your tumbler to extreme heat. The epoxy will be compromised and will no longer be FDA compliant. Dropping your tumbler may cause epoxy to crack or shatter. MJ’s Flair is not responsible for any damage caused by consumer even accidental. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of your delivery, so we can resolve the concern ASAP and you can get back to enjoying your new tumbler. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to ship. I aim to have your tumblers fully cured and ready for shipment before, but your safety is TOP PRIORITY so more time may be necessary. Weekends and major holidays are reserved for family MJ’s Flair will return any inquires sent in during these times the following business day. Are custom orders available? Yes!
