Item 6305 Coming to you from Doc's Crocks is this wonderful 2 Gallon Stoneware Crock from Ohio. It has been attributed to the Schrop Pottery of Springfield Township, Ohio (F. Robert Treichler, A History of Northeast Ohio Stoneware, pp. 80-82). Dating around 1880, this beauty features a Freehand Capacity Number and an Elaborate Fishing Lure Decoration. Although it may be an unusual flower, it is commonly known as a fishing lure. Measures 9" tall and 9 1/4" wide across the top. Very Good Condition. Staining inside and outside. No chips, hairlines, cracks, or restoration. Ships double-boxed, insured, and FREE
