I used to make a fresh smoothie every morning as a midmorning/ after breakfast snack. These smoothies contained mostly a lot of greens, some berries and a ''superfood'' green powder, such as wheatgrass powder. I don’t make a green smoothie every single day anymore #LifeOfAFoodBlogger. The main reason for that is that it can be too much work, especially when I’m recipe testing and my kitchen is already one big mess. Until I decided to make: smoothie cubes. These easy to make smoothie cubes are a great trick to make a quick smoothie ahead. All you have to do is add the cubes to a blender with some liquid, and serve!
