How to hone a blunt knife:
Method : Hold the steel rod in one hand and place it's tip by vertically in the solid surface, grip the knife handle in the other hand, then draw full length of the blade down the steel at an approximate 15-20 degree, repeat 8-10 times in each side.
USEFUL TIPS:
1. keep the honing angle of 15-20 degree
2. from the blade's heel to its tip
3. apply with light pressure
