Baby had her 4 month checkup today. She's 12 lbs. 13 oz weight and 24 1/2 long. She had a growth spurt and the doctor said she's leveling out on her growth!

From 225 to 200 lbs in 4 months. My weight has plateaued and stayed the same for the last month. Should I drop calories and continue on cut? Lots of newbie gains
