BANNISTER & CO. of Newark, N.J., from circa the late 19th or early 20th century (company existed from 1884 to 1915not much more info available online), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED or your money backno questions asked! Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with just minor overall wear from normal use over the years. Blade is quite clean with minimal, light pitting throughout and is sort of sharp but could certainly use a fresh sharpening. One of the wood handle's scales has been repaired (you can see the split line and some sloppy glue at ends, see last (5) pics) but remains structurally solid & strong. The maker's mark
