Crane-shaped oroshigane grater, a much finer grater than that of  western graters, providing for finer and sharper cuts for ginger, daikon etc.  Each orskiki is hand-cut from a sheet of copper, tin coated, and formed by hand with a punch and hammer creating raised teeth rather than holes.   -Tin Coated Copper -Hand was.
