Weston's #12 Pro-Series Electric One-Horsepower Stainless Steel Meat Grinder & Stuffer (model 10-1201-W) is a commercial grinder to satisfy your heavy duty domestic and moderate commercial meat-processing needs. Ideally suited for meat shops, restaurants or domestic chefs who need a more-powerful meat grinder for the home kitchen. Weston's unique offset grinder head design with locking knob (Patent Pending) is constructed to allow the maximum passage of meat through the grinder. Includes a wide variety of stuffing accessories and supplies including two grinder plates, stomper, S/S chopper knife, three stuffing funnels, stuffing star, funnel flange, a cyclone auger and a 10-mm snack stick funnel; in addition there is a manual knife sharpener. Ideal for sportsmen, the Pro Series #12 will process tough cuts of moose, deer and elk with ease. The powerful 1-Hp motor is permanently lubricated, air-cooled and will grind 6-9 pounds of product per minute.
