During my childhood, one of my favorite past times was designing new things with Legos. I learned the value of building, being creative, and just having fun through those childhood experiments.It was this love of designing and building that lead me to first the engineering field and later the world of product design.

Today I enjoy figuring out how products work and frequently take them apart to view their internals or to fix them. While I don’t have a favorite area of concentration in industrial design, I am captivated with the ability to improve products so that other people’s wants and needs are exceeded and lives are changed for the better. That is the core of industrial design.
