The GI Metal Flexible Scraper AC-STP31 & AC-STP32  are triangular flexible scrapers, for professional use. It is used for picking pizza dough from plastic pizza dough boxes, and also for cutting pizza dough in preparation time. The blade is in flexible tempered stainless steel;  handle in polymer highly-resistant to heat, impact and scratch resistant,  certified for food use. Available in two different sizes.
