HANDMADE ESPRESSO CUPS ----------------------------------------- This listing is for a single cup and a plate. ByDomi ceramics is a rich and vibrant result of utmost patience and precision. Each item is hand-sculpted, hand-carved and then literally glazed to the millimeter with a very thin brush - several hours of crafting just for one piece. Rather than traditional ceramic glaze, the miniature carvings have an unusual blurry aquarel effect. These ceramic pieces with mesmerizing colour combinations are a joy to the eye and snuggly to hold. Each item is purely handsculpted and handcarved thus the size, shape and carving slightly varies. DETAILS & CARE ----------------------- Each espresso cup is approximately 5 cm (2 inches) tall. Capacity ~80 ml. Food safe. Hand wash only. Please note that when using the cup for the first few times you might hear a slight "cracking" sound. Don't worry, this is normal - this sound appears when the glaze is in contact with liquid for the first time, which causes micro cracks to appear. The sound will disappear after several usages and no cracks will be visible.
