nbsp; Ayesha Curry’s Oven-Roasted Brown Sugar Chicken 4 chicken quartersSalt and pepper2 tbsp butter2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp chopped shallots3 cloves chopped garlic3/4 cup chicken stock or broth1 cup low-sodium soy sauce2 cups brown sugar1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high to high heat.
