OXO SteeL Chef's Mandoline Slicer

The V-blade mandoline by Oxo Good Grips is adjustable for 4 different thicknesses and includes 4 different stainless steel slicing blades for straight wavy julienne and bonus cubing. The mandoline comes with a safety food holder to protect your fingers while slicing. The mandoline slicer features a comfortable non-slip handle knob and feet. The mandoline body is dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended for the blades. The V-blade slicer measures 15.5 x 6 inches / 39.5 x 15cm.
