All Ateco multi-wheel cutters feature a locking device to insure even cuts and uniform portions. To use loosen wing nut and adjust outer rods until the wheels are at the desired spacing. Then tighten wing nut. Opens to 4 .9 between wheels. Made of stainless steel. Made in Korea.
