Of the dozens of All-Clad products I've tried, this pot is the one I couldn't live without and the one that I think everyone needs to have at home.

Make sauces and reheat food with the product. This lidded pan's smaller surface area and tall straight sides allow it to hold heat and limit evaporation. As with all cookware from All-Clad this pan is constructed with a bonded 18/10 stainless steel interior and exterior for exceptional heating especially in induction cooking. This pan's 5-Ply construction includes a stainless steel core that improves the conductivity of the two aluminum layers above and below it.
